Following implementation of the RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation program, additional skills-based support is encouraged to enhance teamwork across the organization. The Impact Video Series was developed to sustain and augment the relational skills introduced to your organization and to support leaders as they reinforce the concepts within their teams.

System Overview

Each Impact video is approximately 5 minutes in duration and designed to reinforce and sustain the skills introduced in the RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation program. The video content focuses on the skill at hand, including how to demonstrate the skill, the impact of the skill, and includes scientific research supporting each skill. In addition, there are reflective questions proposed at the end of each video helping the participant realize the impact of each skill and how they might enhance the use of that skill.

Certification

CME/CEU credits are available upon request for this system.
