The single most important factor determining patient satisfaction is the quality of the interaction with the clinician. Following implementation for the RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation system, a healthcare organization can expect approximately 20 percent of the staff may need additional coaching to further nurture communication skills. Individuals creating an excellent experience for their patients and colleagues may also reach out to further advance their skills.
Communication skills are nurtured by coaches chosen from multiple specialties to represent a diversity of staff; this allows for individual peer-to-peer or group coaching to occur from coaches with more in-depth knowledge of the specialty or alternatively from a more diverse perspective.
