The Human-Centered Leadership system focuses on developing behavior critical to modeling, supporting, and sustaining a culture of excellence and high reliability. The creation and ability to sustain this culture depends on maintaining a respectful but uncompromising approach to behavioral accountability.
This system complements the vital cultural practices taught in our RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation program. It emphasizes a portfolio of leadership skills that nurture respect, awareness of others' strengths, open and honest communication, psychological safety, healthy team climate, alignment of engagement, and more effective team decision-making. The program provides participating leaders a chance to practice and apply all skills and concepts to their daily work.
The system includes an evening dinner session followed by a one-day session the following day.
The evening dinner and one-day session is facilitated by an IHE expert.
This system can be conducted for up to 40 organizational, department, or practice leaders.
Our certification encompasses Continuing Medical Education Credits (CME) in partnership with Saint Louis University School of Medicine’s Continuing Medical Education Program.
This IHE system qualifies attendees to 10.75 CME Credits.
